The U.S. Department of Education is the agency of the federal government that establishes
policy for, administers, and coordinates most federal assistance to higher education.
National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS)
NSLDS Student Access provides a centralized, integrated view of Title IV loans and
grants so that recipients of Title IV Aid can access and inquire about their Title
IV loans and/or grant data. You can also complete Exit Loan Counseling by accessing
this site.

This site is your source for information about how to manage your student loans.
From this site you can also complete Entrance Loan Counseling, electronically sign
a master promissory note (MPN), complete a PLUS Loan request or endorse a Direct PLUS
Loan.
Federal Direct Consolidation Loans
From this site you can apply for a Direct Consolidation Loan or track the processing

You can now order your IRS tax transcript or IRS tax account transcript online. All
FAFSA applicants who are selected for verification and cannot, or will not, use the
